Do you think this is a good workout plan?

I stretch first before working out. After that I do these three videos by tiffany rothe on YouTube. I do each two times but I do the bikini ab workout three times. After this I do hot yoga at the gym. After yoga I do a bunch of abs workouts at home. Each video is 10 minutes.
