So I'm 17 and my skin is like that for at least four or five years, I'm not sure how it was before because I guess I didn't really care about it. My question is, what is it? And how do I cure and prevent it? I know some of those are ingrown hair, but I can't have that many of those, or can I? I exfoliate it before shaving and I use coconut milk after shaving. Also, I have really fair skin and I rarely get any tan in the summer. But I never had problems with skin in any other areas - even my face is mostly clean. I was planning to buy an 'Ingrow go' product, so if anyone has any experiences with it, I'd be really thankful for those as well.
Mild Keratosis Pilaris, Perfectly normal, Its a genetic mutation that effects about 1/4 of Caucasian people. Its a genetic disorder so there's no cure, But, You can get creams and stuff to make it go down (E45 cream for example), I have the same thing but on the outside of my bicep area and shoulders,
Dont worry, It dosen't look bad, I know many guys and girls to have it too.

you're worrying over nothing. you won't ever achieve perfection, not saying thats what you're going for, but this is normal for all human beings.
That's normal..
