A few details of my weight: my thighs are big. I hate my bottom it is huge. My stomach is average a bit big too.
Anyone has ideas ways of how I can succeed my body in transformation?
Yes.
The best way is NOT to go on a diet. Bear with me, it may sound weird but it makes total sense. Unless you are a willpower hero, there is a point where you will break your diet and you will swing back and regain what you lost.
Rather than dieting, eat the same amounts of food you do, make sure you eat a healthy balance of protein, carbs and fats. Also make sure to eat plenty of veg. You may want to avoid certain fruits as they are full of carbs and can lead to gaining wieght rather than loosing it. Preferably go for green vegetables.
Maintianing your current diet should be easy and you shouldn't have too much trouble with breaking it as it's not a new habit to form.
Now, to actually get to loosing the weight, do more excercise. Expecially things that will work you thighs and bottom since that's what you want to tone.
Running, cycling, squats, walking, these are all great. Make sure you do a lot of it and that it is intense but not too intense that you burn out.
The Key here is regularity. IF you go all out and burn out within a week there is no point doing it. Make sure you do womething you can manage the first week, then up the length of time by 10% for the next week. Carry on like this for a month or tow and you'll see great results.
Make sure if your workouts are pushing your limits that you don't increase teh intensity of the total workout by more than 10% every week. This could lead to burnout.
Also, for muscle gain it is beneficial to rest between workouts, but in your case I'd say regular excercise is best since you're trying ot get lean and not buff. Daily is preferable.
Alternate between inentse and non intense days, have an intense workout every 2 days. And a short run or cycle on the day in between the workouts.
Now also, a great way to loose weight is to drink water, lots of water(and you'll be needing it if you're exercising) Make sure you drink at least 1-1.5 litres of water a day. At the very least that. When you workout it should be around double that range.
If you feel you don't have the discipline to do this by yourself, find someone else to do it with who is motivated. Or join an aerobics class or two.
A good guide (for me at nay rate) of how intense your workout should be is when you start feeling like giving up, go the length of time you already have. The point where you want to give up is generally my halfway mark. You should get a surge of energy back toward the end and if you do keep going until you can't anymore.
Keep pushing yourself is absolutely key, if you feel like you can't go on, make a deal with yourself ot make one more step, or go one more rep, then do that over and over until you've met your goals. You'll always end up surprising yourself with how much you can actually do.
This should keep your body in tip top shape. Good Luck!
cornbread, salmon nigiri, honey bunches of oats, and peppermint tea
Drink as much WATER as possible. Whenever my self esteem is taking a hit I guzzle water to shed a couple pounds. APPLES! Eat a couple apples a day. When you eat them you burn more calories digesting them than there are in the fruit. Eat small portions of fruits or veggies every couple hours, but not bananas, they have too many carbs. Acai berry help weight loss. Try to walk EVERY DAY. Even if you only have enough time to walk a few block, walk everyday. Do you have a scale? If not, GET ONE. If your serious about this your going to need one. Resturants: even though they give you enough food for three people, watch that portion control! At home don't be compulsive about cleaning your plate. Those last few bites that look oh so good can actually pack on and extra hundred calories or more. Try to eat dinner early, take a short walk afterward if possible, and then when you feel snackish later, have an apple. Make sure you eat fresh fruits and vegitables, canned and frozen usually have added sugar and preservatives. Eat lots of green salad with every meal. Find someone to diet and exercise with you, and most importantly DON'T GIVE UP! Maybe get a puppy, they're a lot of work and leash training is a great way to get exercise. Qiut chips, cookies, cakes, and icecream. There are healthy alternitives to everything, all you have to do is find them. Good luck!
thanks alot
Make sure to exercise and limit or cut out processed foods. Also, going vegetarian gives good weight loss if you can do it ( I understand it's hard to change ones diet) but really, I lost slightly over 2 kilo in a week and a half by simply going vegetarian. I ate just as much food and exercised just as much. I also lost an inch or 2 from my waist and am super close to my goal measurements. I also feel tons better and healthier since giving up meat and milk (I drink almond milk now because it has less sugar and no nasty stuff like hormones in it) hope this helps!

If man made it, don't eat it.
Eat chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, and drink water. The weight will fall off. Things that make people fat are sugar, salt, oil, and flour. Take those out of your diet, (pretty much everything processed contains them), and you will lose weight.
Once you are to the weight you want, you can add back some whole grains, and treats like on the weekend.
to lose one pound, you must burn 3,500 calories, so burn more than you consume and you'll lose weight no mater what.
say you burn 1,500 and consume 1,000 a day, you'll lose a pound a week. 4 a month and 48 a year.
say you burn 2,000 a day and consume 1,000, you'll lose 2 a week and 8 a month.
hope this helped.
doing math doesn't burn many calories
hope that helped too
Run. People can talk about dieting and changing eating habits all they like, those are nowhere near as effective as running. Or, if you can't run, walking, I suppose. Exercise is key.
Join a gym and do lots of cardio exercise - jogging, cross trainers
yer I've been thinking bout that.
Eat less protein, drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, eat more whole grains, exercise 3 times a week minimum, do abs too
only eat when your hungry...and never get full when you eat
and never get full when you eat? say what? what do you mean?
u see...ur body needs at least 15min to digest the food and send a signal to the brain the you are full...so if you keep eating...u will eat more than you need and your body wouldn't even realize that it is full yet...i bet you heard that eating slowly and chewing you food is better for u...thats why
ahahaha lol yup last sentence I heard that before. Good to be true.
