How to lose my inner thigh fat?
*Diet
Lift weights. It won't make you bulky since were not built like men. I've been lifting weights (squatting, deadlifts, etc) for a few months now. I was originally 130 lbs. Now I'm 125 lbs (5'6''). I no longer have cellulite in my thighs or butt, my tummy is flat, and my shoulders are shapely. I just now started taking some supplements (you don't have to) and am seeing even more progress.
If all you have been doing is cardio, you won't see much progress at all. Your body plateaus when it does the same repetitive motion over and over again. Also, weight lifting burns WAYYYYYY MORE fat and calories than cardio. Don't be afraid to lift heavy... research it.
Also, there is no way to target just a certain fatty area of your body. You can target muscles to build, but not fat to lose. If you want to "tone", you need to lift weights.
All you need to worry about food wise is eating clean. That means no processed foods. Eat your vegetables and have 2 servings of berries a day. The most important thing is protein (chicken, eggs... etc). Also look at calories as fuel not as something that's horrible for you.
A great FREE program is Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer on bodybuilding .com . I've done this program. You will see a difference and it teaches you how to workout and eat (gives you a meal plan). At least check it out!
Just take up some Zumba classes its a fun cardio workout that feels like your just having fun. You get in shape without even having to stress out over it. This is very popular thing now a days and classes are offered all over the world. Find an I structor you like (some are awful, some are amazing) and that you can afford (price ranges from 5-10 dollars per class, you less you have a gym membership then its free!) and just go every week! The truth is, the best way to loose fat and get toned is through cardio! I know this, I'm a Zumba fitness I structor myself! I personally lost 20 pounds in the past year and a half, and I have really well toned legs. Feel free to ask if you have anymore questions. Hope this helps!

Oh yes, also, eat foods that are high in protein and veggies are great too. If 60-70% of your diet consists of this, it will definitely help trim those legs down and build so e nice muscle tone.

it really depends on your body shape?!?! are you a pear shape (so you are more bottom half heavy than top) if this is the case then you will find it much harder to lose your thigh fat than an apple body shape (more top half heavy). or maybe you are more proportioned (small waist bigger arms and legs)
i have a feeling you are pear? in that case if you simply worry about calorie deduction yes you will lose weight BUT you will keep losing the weight from you upperbody where you don't want to lose it. if you are trying to lose it from an area that it goes from not easily then there is no fast way to do it otherwise well you will lose weight fast but it will go from the area you don't want it to..so your upperbody not your thighs in your case. sugar doesn't effect pear shaped women as badly as it does other shapes (although sugar is bad and you should be having as little as possibly) however more focus should be on low FAT products. still have carbs otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and slow your met rate down and produce more fat. but good carbs so LOW GI index food. not processed like white bread, white rice. also there are some good cellulite fighting juices on the interent you can look up which may help the appearance of fat on the thighs.
cardio is important to lose and tone your body even if you are only trying to do one spot. which you can't spot reduce without working your whole body. also for weights, do a heavier weight rather that a lighter weight with more repetition. you're not a guy so you won't really bulk up
I've recently started doing different "squat challenges" that I find online. I've been noticing a little difference in my thighs. My butt has gotten really toned from it too...who doesn't want a toned butt? lol But also look into getting some ankle weights. I have a pair. I think they cost me like $10. I'll wear 'em around when I'm doing leg exercises when I can't make it to the gym. Hope this helps!
I don't feel like it made it bigger, but it definitely lifted it and now it looks bigger..if that makes sense. lol
Walking...a LOT and maybe working out in the gym, they have workout machines to tone your legs, I walk, or at least try to walk 4 miles a week (at once) on the track at the gym I go to.
do this work out.. it really works
