Eat healthy fats and lean protein
Salmon and tuna can be eaten about 3x a week, sardines as many days are you prefer.
The good thing about salmon, tuna and sardines is they're packed with healthy fats and lots of protein.
Eggs are packed with protein as well.
Avocados have healthy fats and greek yogurt is great for calcium and protein. If you wanted, you could sprinkle some ground flax seeds or chia seeds for more healthy fats and fiber.
Nuts like macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, almonds and walnuts are all healthy and have protein and fats.
You could increase your red meat intake to about once or twice a week. Try not go eat too unhealthy cause then you'll just get fat.
Maybe try lifting weights as well, to help you build lean muscle as opposed to just becoming fat or skinny fat.
I would slow your roll on the job or schooling. That sounds like too much for you right now. Drop some classes and some hours. There are some things to help you not be so stressed like exercise some essential oils like neroli will help you sleep same with ginger root. Anything to help boost seratonin levels will help with sleeping. not too much though. A cheater way is to get on some prenatal pills. or cut down on your iodine intake.
Well,your weight isn't unreasonable for your height...but if you want to get stronger, do weight workouts three times a week. Other days, run or do aerobics.
For sure, never try to gain weight without working out, or the extra weight won't look good in clothes!
My healthy weight is supposed to be around 110lb , being under 100lb means my IMC% is too low. I end to loose weight when I stress, and then I stress because I look sick. I''ll try too work out but I'm scared it's just going to make me loose more weight.
Your appetite will increase. Most people GAIN weight when they work out, even when theydon't WANT to! So don';t worry about losing weight.
Make sure you eat enough protein, though. Eggs, yogurt, and use bran in your cereal...
Lots of nuts, I hear nuts contain many healthy fats that are good for your body with high amounts of protein and awesome to snack on. Almond and Cashew nuts are usually considered the healthiest with the highest amount of protein

1) Do not skip a meal (eat well balanced).
2) If you do not have time to eat buy a ensure drink or a nutriment (so you can substitute).
3) Eat all of your food, and then get a beverage after.
If you drink and eat at the same time, you will end up being full on fluids (not the meal it self).
In turn, you will end up eating less.
Well when guys are trying to gain weight for muscle building and such they eat a lot of meat and drink protein shakes. I think shakes is the easier way to add on top of their regular diet. Adding shakes like Ensure or drinks like that, the ones they give children to replace a meal will definitely help you.
eat over 2500 calories a day of "healthy" food and also workout and you should gain 10 pounds within a month-2 months
