Why is he so angry at me?

My ex broke up with me a year ago and hasn’t left me alone since. I don’t always respond to his communications. There have been gaps. But I never reach out to him as never begged him to not break up with me. If I don’t respond to his communication, he’ll email, Instagram etc. when we have spent time together, he’s much more vulnerable whe drunk but when he’s sober he never wants to talk about his feelings. Even though most recently he admitted he of course still had feelings but doesn’t know he wants and doesn’t want to be pressured. But when he’s sober and we get close or something, he almost gets angry and wants space. I don’t know why he’s projecting his anger frustration on to me when he’s the one who doesn’t leave me alone. I’m so confused!!

I don't know why you guys broke up... If you had told that also it could be more easier to understand the situation...
But if he is still trying to reach you... And you don't want to talk with him... Be crystal clear about that and say that you don't want to talk with him anymore...

I don’t really know why. He’s never given me a true answer for that. He said once I love you but don’t know if I’m in love with you but now he says we broke up bc of this misunderstanding/fight we had about me coming to Boston for work with him.

Do you wanted to go to Boston for work or just doing that because you want to be with him?

Its a long story. There was a lot of tension bc we were spending too much time together. He asked me to come but I felt he didn't want me there. He got rlly drunk and didn’t answer my calls so I didn’t get on my flight the next morning. The fight continued I said I deserved better bc I wanted him to be better and it led to a breakup.
