Let’s say you broke up with a girl. She has moved on and took an interest in a guy you know. You know this guy as an acquaintance maybe through mutual friends or high school, but he isn’t one of your buddies. The only “friendship” you have may be though like SnapChat or Instagram. She suggests to the guy that they go out sometime. The guy replies, “Bad idea. You know a guy his ex is off limits forever unless you want him to beat you up or even murder you.”
