These guys he went with are decent guys and some have families. I've known them for 5+ years. My boyfriend is very trustworthy but when he came back and added her on IG, I started questioning the situation and apparently she gave him her number. He mentioned the girls were "nomads and not the hooking up type". Apparently they just talked about places they traveled to. Either way he knew how bad it looked and thought I would even break up with him for a sec. he's super introverted so this threw me off and I haven't been able to shake it off.

Maybe she did it without his knowledge, I remember vacationing in a five star room at a hotel using CEO privileges my uncle had at his real estate company and prostitutes would call our hotel room at night to sell their services, it could be her initiative and not his.

As an over thinker, I'm the one who asked if her phone # was also in his phone, and I was right! He knew in that moment how bad it was, shocked that he got caught, or genuinely knew how bad it would look but actually wasn't bad? That's the part that's driving me crazy. I want to trust him but, like I said, I'm an overthinker.

I agree. He knows I don't believe him, but he's sticking to it. And I brought it up to his friend recently and his friend just said "you know___ is special"
Making it sounds like he would forget how it happened. Either way he couldnt just explain to me how it happened, which is eating me up the most. He said she may have said "text me" after they were talking about the trip. Another guy in the group added her on social media as well.

In my experience, you should trust your gut instincts. If he has done something that he realizes that he shouldn't have done - so now he is hiding it - then it means he knows he violated your trust. And his response to that is not to confess what happened, but to stand upon an unlikely story and hope that stubborn denial will prevail.

He knows he did, I'm sure of that. he's a good guy (we've been together for 6 years), but I've been burned badly in my past. He knew it was so wrong and to this day I'm sure he knows in don't buy that answer. I'm just worried I'm with someone that maybe wanted someone else that night, etc

I genuinely don't think he was entertaining the idea, nor did he cheat. I looked back at the girls page and she's gay. Either way, I guess I want to know if this is forgiveable. Since here I am and now we live together

-If he put her on a Social Media account, if I got that right, then that would be slightly different than the “friend set-up and pounding via text, email, and etc to get some giggles. Normally, “that account” would just show up on his SM. And we wouldn’t be able to think from laughing so hard at the 💥 the future Wifey is giving him. We would eventually confess after our friend broke sweat and a tear 😢

Yes he added her and all she posts are landscape pics really. Either way, that's what caused me to attack and then I found out she added her # in his phone. He is a very forgetful man, but I don't believe he actually forgot or he had no knowledge of her putting her # in there. Either way he agreed that no one should just be holding his phone to look at SM. But the fact that he added her made me think he was comfortable too, not just her.
