Do you think it will turn into a relationship and does he like me?

I recently met this guy and he’s very nice to me. Flirts with me a lot, hugs, kisses, plays with my hair, winks at me. Calls me beautiful sexy and cute. Always says good morning and sometimes good night. Recently he said his mom got mad at him and said he’s sad and asked if I wanted to come over for hugs and cuddle. I told him I have feelings for him and he said he does too but I was confused when we talked about relationship. I wasn’t surd if he wanted relationship with me. He said he was looking for one but I’m not sure if it’s with me. He asks me what I wanna do often but we end up just going to his place to cuddle because we don’t know what to do. We both said we’re not looking for hook up. He asked me to go to movies once but I was mad at him. Recently I told him to stop talking to me because I was confused and he got mad. We never had sex. He does kind of remember small details about me. He said he’s not using me several times
