I voted RV, but it depends. I lived in a camper van before for 6 months.
The fifth wheel RVs that you’re talking about are really nice, some of them have full-size fridges, full sized bathrooms, fireplaces, built-in speakers, and plenty of space. But they can be over $100k and their value depreciates over time, so I’d say that if you want to get one you should be serious about living in it for a while. You should do some research on RV life, there are some things that you will need to consider. You have to consider that if you do intend to travel or move frequently, you have to be selective about what you bring in. For example, glass or ceramic dishes are a hazard. Even in a large RV, you still have a limited amount of room so you’ll probably be fine as a single person, but don’t expect to bring all your furniture with you.
I really like the fifth wheels but it does require you to modify your truck/SUV.
Please let me know if you have any questions. It’s really more about what kind of lifestyle you have and what you think your next 5-10+ years will look like.

Have you seen this economy? I can’t judge anyone who has the luxury of moving back home or staying already with parents while they sock up some cash. It’s miserable, people giving up and turning to the streets, fentanyl crisis, crazy that this is America. I think as long as you have the goal to move out, and by that I mean a solid plan you’re working on, then the woman you’re dating won’t judge too much. But to be honest, I don’t know if you should even seek love right now and instead focus on bettering your situation. You wanna have something to bring to the table when you seek a partner, not empty hands.
What Girls Said
As a woman who disagrees, I think that living at home with your parents at 30 is not necessarily a turn off for all women. Everyone's situation is different, and there may be various reasons why someone may choose to live at home with their parents. Living in an RV or tour bus may seem unconventional to some, but it could also be viewed as an adventurous and unique way of living. Ultimately, it depends on the individual and what they want out of their living situation. What matters most is that the person is happy and comfortable in their own space, regardless of where it may be located.
I don't think a man living with his parents is bad. My online ex-bf lived with his mother and brother. I'm Hispanic and men and women living with their parents (even married) until old age is very normal. That's an American thing, I think. So I wouldn't care about that.
Move out!
How can you still live at home at 30? If I were the parent I'd kick your ass out.
