I believe very good looking people who can attract people of any level of attractiveness value looks less due to how easy it is to find. I know multiple guys in this category that shunned the popular crowd preferring unpopular people who were caring and loyal and honest.

Here is the thing about being attractive. Most people only want to be around you and get sex from because you are attractive. It is hard for attractive people to find genuine, friendships or relationships. This is why popular people liked unpopular people who were caring and loyal and honest.

Not necessarily, most hot women date either hot or affluent men, at least when they are young.
