I matched with this guy on an app a week ago, we hit it off like really well and he got my number. He asked me out last weekend but I was busy so I suggested this coming weekend and he agreed. So we continued to text but I’ve noticed a pattern since we started texting that he will wait to text me once during the day and then wait until 12:00-1am to text me again. It’s happened every single day/night now. I know he’s interested and he sends me like paragraphs in texts and he’s showing a lot of interest with his messages when he does text me, but it’s really weird to me to wait until mid day and then midnight over and over. I thought maybe he doesn’t want to ruin it by texting too much beforehand and texting the wrong thing so he’s trying to space out the texting so it doesn’t die before we meet?

I could be wrong… but it’s sounding like maybe, possibly.. he’s texting you once during the day whilst at work, away from another woman’s prying eyes… then so late in the night, would be when she’s asleep officially.. it is very red flaggish, and after only a week, I’d be considering if this is the right connection…

Oh sweet girl… he does not have to be in an official relationship with a woman for her to be on his social media.. I was on and off with a guy for 3 years, never posted each other…. On top of that, he could still be shady and have a dating app unfortunately. That’s why you have those women who get so shocked they’re man was cheating because they’re with him 24/7… you can find countless stories of this on tiktok😞
To clarify that first part because it reads funny lol, he can still be dealing with a woman, and his social shows no sign of it. People have situationships all the time. Doesn’t mean he’s his happiest either, hence the dating profile.
But people he knows would see him on the dating app and word would get out
I’ve matched with married men on dating apps before and they never show their faces bc they’re hiding. This guy is displaying himself for our whole city. There’s no way he would be that dumb
Plus if he wanted to text me only while at work or while his girl is asleep, he’d text me continuously at work, not just once
