My sister won't let me crash at her place for an emergency again even though I hosted her countless times over the years?

My sister and her kids stayed with me in NYC at least biyearly for years. I was always a good host- making them breakfast, doing all the driving, showing them around the city etc. Around Christmas my mom had a crazy bed bug infestation so my sister invited me to sleep at her house the holiday weekend. Another weekend we were helping my mom prepare for the exterminator. This involved over 12 hours of throwing out mom's hoarder garbage. We split the work fairly. Again she told me I was welcome to stay over even though this time she was away most of the weekend. (I use my mom's copy of the key) THEN Mom was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I just drove up 4 hours to help her out for the weekend. Sister and I split the tasks. But even though my sister knows that the extermination did nothing and the place is STILL crazy infested, she didn't offer to let me stay over again and weirdly avoided the topic when I suggested it. She lives literally 2 blocks from mom and she knows I'm extremely careful about decontaminating. And that I only stay long enough to sleep, buy my own food, am clean and considerate. She doesn't work weekends. When I said I'll get a hotel she said ok and seemed relieved. I don't get it. If it was the other way around I would feel rude making her get a hotel. I get that she's not obligated per say but it doesn't sit well with me. It upsets me and makes me want to be petty and say no next time she wants me to host her and her kids like I did for literally years so she could mainly save on hotel costs. We're helping mom together it's not like I'm just trying to crash there to attend a concert. Sidenote:. Her husband who was deported 3 years ago got approved to return next week. A week ago she told me he is still coming but she asked for a divorce because she doesn't love him anymore. I don't see why that would make her not want to help me like I did for her so many times? Is it weird and inconsiderate of her or is it just me?
