Does Anyone ever make you feel like a inconvenience?

Do people ever make you feel like you're an inconvenient When you ask them to do something for you or you need something? I don't ask For a lot from people. But I am always there for friends and family when they Need me.. I'm the kind of person that will get up in the middle of the night just to come get you. Or wake up on my day off To drive somebody To the airport in early hours of the morning. And with my fiance I will drop everything. I'm doing to make sure I make him dinner, Put clean sheets on the bed., If he needs a ride I will give him a ride, I'll go out And get him ice cream For dessert if we have none... I will drop whatever I'm doing to help somebody Without making them feel like I don't want to do it.. Because that's just the person I am. But when I need something or ask something of somebody. I feel like they always complain. And make me feel like complete inconvenience.

Yep they aren't appreciative, that happens, it's a big problem in society actually, they have more than others and they complain, same here, that dude doesn't have any idea what it's like to be in your position so next time he complains don't argue but mentioning it by asking him how many times he hears you complain when you make him food or whatever, either that or start making him wait, finish what you are doing first and let him sit through the wait.

You are right. Thank you for replying. It's not just him. It's family and friends. I ask him to grab me a few napkins the other day... he's like I don't need any... and I'm like I do but my hands are full... he was kinda like ughh okay...

Something I've noticed is that people take advantage of kindness, kindness is a very beautiful thing to have but people can take advantage of it so sometimes you just gotta know when to say no or put your kindness on pause, defend yourself, even if it's by just mentioning it in the kindest way possible, the truth is that if someone doesn't know, how do you expect them to realize if you don't want to tell them, if you were doing something wrong and you didn't realize it would you want someone to tell you? The chances of them changing only exists if they realize their wrong doings, if you just let them complain everytime you do something from the bottom of your heart then how will they know it's bothering you?

times like that I'll just brush off but amazingly how easy people forget where in the future your phone starts ringing from that person with the attitude and instead of answering you turn over and go back to sleep. Life is like a mirror where the ones who are one way need to look at themselves un it once in a while.

In all fairness, they are growing up and much better about wanting me to know they appreciate all I do and they do help out a LOT now.

its too bad all mom and dad tried to do was get us ready for when we moved out right,, I told my kids that ,, I was happy that my mom was willing to teach me all the things i needed to know to become an adult that can take care of himself.. the best things we give our kids is to be self sufficient in life.

Yea most people just take advantage of you and overlook all the things you do for them and act like it’s your job to take care of them , sadly that shit doesn’t last long once you realize you aren’t receiving the same in return , Why most relationships end up failing because most people are selfish and only really care about themselves , they don’t consider their partner’s feelings or wants , they just expect them to do for them without giving back in return , Like it’s their way or no way , Basically you do for me but I can’t do for you and sadly when that occurs in a relationship , resentments come into play and you start pointing out each others flaws and end up wanting to strangle each other lol I am the type of guy that wears my heart on my sleeve and treat people the way I want to be treated but I have been taken advantage of to many times to the point I will only do for someone that does for me in return , if they keep making excuses as to why they can’t do for me in return , they are best to pack their bags and move on cuz I am through with people being selfish and only caring about themselves , Most girls I been in relationships with were very selfish people that only really cared about themselves, so for me to get into another relationship with a girl , she pretty much has to prove to me that she isn’t selfish , that she knows what it means to be in a relationship, We can only give what we want to receive in return , if you are constantly giving without receiving , that person only likes the convenience of you, they truly don’t love you they love themselves , my advice is kick them to the curb where they belong

I really don't have friends anymore and my family is mostly dead and the ones that are alive I never see so there is really nobody I can inconvenience. I guess maybe I should look for a few people and inconvenience them.

Lol oh yeah. Had a girl everytime I asked for anything or wanted to do something it was always something. She was very very lazy and didn’t want to do anything she didn’t want to do. She didn’t last very long.
