Not anymore, to be fair I haven't decided if my dad was overprotective or just extremely controlling. Either way I hated it because I was basically never allowed to go to friends house or have sleepovers at friends place (usually I'd get to go to a sleepover once a year and go to friends house when my parents came with me which was basically max twice a year as well) until I got so used to not being around strangers or just people other than my family that I actually started hating going to peoples house so now I am super introverted and homebody even though I don't live with my parents nor do I talk to my dad. I now have only three friends whose house I actually like going to, not that often but still every once in a while enjoy it lol
