Can you still be mad at a person who you hurt and they stopped talking to you but still views your stories?

I was sorry and I already apologized. She doesn’t want to be friends anymore well not right now. It bothers me that she is watching my stories and she still can snoop on me. But doesn’t want anything to do with me. It just doesn’t make any sense. I don’t like leaving the door open for someone who used to be friends with me and they don’t want to hangout but they still follow me. I did everything I could to try to make our friendship better. But she unwilling to talk. I do have a problem with those same people think we are still friends on social media. What do y’all think and how do you feel about someone who stopped talking to you or you fell off still having access to you on social media do you find it an annoying or weird?

maybe she’s waiting on the right chance to come to you. forsure she still sorta wants you in her life but is conflicted because you hurt her. you gotta be smooth and i’m sure she’ll forgive you and open that door for communication
