Why is it always snow?

I live in Canada and I live in a part that where it's like snowing like crazy right now it's so cold and also now my friend is stuck over here and I can't kick her out otherwise she will freeze to death. It's like 4:00 a. m. pretty sure my sister and I along with her just going to be chilling all day. But why is it always the snow? 😱 I'm cold
