How to sneak past nosy neighbors?

Ok, so I'm a senior in high school and 18 years old. I'm also an all a student an I rarely get in trouble yet I can't date or have friends over without them over girls or boys. I only live with my mom. She works from 3pm to 12am and she works an hour away. It would be easy for me to have someone over right... NOT! I have the nosiest neighbors ever. I had a friend over couple of months ago and they told my mom on me and I got in so much trouble, I wasnt grounded or nothing. I just got yelled at badly. I've been sneaking my friend over for three months now and I think we got caught because we went in the backyard and they can see that from their kitchen. I don't want to hear anything about not doing it.I'm asking how to sneak people over without the neighbors knowing. Them being outside my door isn't a problem, its the fact they have to pass their house. They've never said anything till we went in the backyard and I've laid low since then but how can they get pass without looking suspicious and if I get caught, What excuse can I use. I swear I'm not a bad person its just I'm always home by myself and it wad fun to finally have people to hang out with and the guy next door ruined it. Please help!

You're 18 so you'll be fending for yourself soon enough. Till then, just think about how sad your life would be if all you did was look out the window instead of really living. As you grow older, try to keep it in mind and take active steps to prevent yourself from ever becoming that pathetic.

Sorry, what I meant was to be patient, and to pity your neighbor for having such a horrible, boring life that all they can do is look out their window all day and night.
