I think saying "you are wearing too much makeup" to a girl is very rude, i usually notice makeup even if it was well applied
No, I disagree. Cuz when they say "she wears a lot", she's actually wearing some much make up. And when they don't say "she wears a lot", its pretty obvious and no one needs to mention it.
Yes and no. You can still be wearing too much if it's thick layers and just overdone.
I don't think guys should comment on any girls makeup.

Nope, I disagree, if a girl is naturally beautiful, she needs no makeup.
Sometimes it means that she simply has way too much on. Some girls put on so much that they you can't even really see their skin.

That's the point, the left is an example of makeup done the wrong way.
some girls use top right on a daily basis, I feel like it would be more subtle and elegant if only used for special occasions and bottom right (maybe less make up) for work or else but that's just me
That's fine, you are entitled to believe that and i somewhat agree, but at the same time i dont see why wearing much is a bad thing if they enjoy it.
well I don't care really. as long as she looks good she may get my stare or head turn. not using make up makes girls look more likely cute than hot which is better casually.
I wear makeup to make myself feel more confident and happy, I don't care how guys think about me.
