Russell shows an interesting dynamic at play.. In relationships of black women and black men, it's often seen that the woman leads. Thus many black males have started seeking interracial relationships instead. Interesting though how many white women seem to portray view black men as the opposite in general. A women should dress appropriately when going out in public. I wouldn't want my girlfriend wearing short dresses and her breast popping out for guys to see. Ciara honestly looks like she leaves little to the imagine.

A husband has the right to tell his wife what he thinks about what she's wearing and whether it's appropriate or not, but ultimately, it's her decision to wear what she wants.
