He said I make him feel uncomfortable? What does that mean?

I know he's attracted to me.. and we talk. and lately he's been texting me a lot telling me how badly he wants me.. and so this one day we were working together and I got really close standing next to him and he looked over and he said in kinda like a soft voice.. "Go away, you make me feel uncomfortable."

What does that mean? :/ Like why would I make him feel that way and is it a bad or good thing? I mean it could have been that he was joking around but still does it mean he has feelings for me or I have some kind of affect on him?
