Im 26 she 27. Went to highschool together, have a close mutual friend. Over the years we crossed paths a few times at parties and social events, one weekend long trip (no sparks ever flew), I was never interested tbh. I don't know about her.

I bought a place not too long ago, had a spare room, was looking for a roommate, the aforementioned mutual friend suggested her. Leading up to her moving in we went out a few times, I asked her on a date once, she said yes. Fun time but no kiss. Tons of flirty banter and flirty touching on each of these nights out.

Small, intimate place we live in, real husband wife vibe goin on. The flirty banter never died, only more serious. She gives me the look A LOT. But none of this really occurs around other people, unless she is drinking, then she can't get her hands off me.

Invite her out to dinner on a Friday or Saturday night. Do something that feels like a date instead of like two roommates hanging out together. You don't need to tell her 'I want a date because I am attracted to you.' Just go on a date, and when you return home, you tell her what a great time you had, you give her a full body hug, you pull your face back just enough to look into her eyes, and then you tilt your head slightly. She will know what's coming and her reaction will tell you all that you need to know.
