How can I stop being so shy around a guy I like at work?

I’m never like this.
I never usually feel so shy and nervous but around him I am.
I stutter, I can’t think straight and he probably thinks I’m insane.
I’m very attracted to him and sometimes he’s very flirty with me and I go bright red.
I’ve never felt like this! I can usually take a joke, casual flirt and talkative but with him I’m a bumbling idiot.
How can I stop this? It’s so embarrassing.
