I will try to make this short.

A cute guy approached me in a way, he commented how the people at one bistro's parking place were all parked the wrong way that he barely managed to pass through.
I told him they're all idiots who can't drive for shit, he smiled a little but I thought he was on his way or maybe he actually spoke to someone else? so I kept on going to my car. *facepalm*

Only later at home I realized I missed a chance. I hate myself so much. :(
He was actually cute and approached me! (a thing almost never happening to me)...
There is a construction and building company in the bistro's area, I believe he was from there or definitely around.

Is there a chance of meeting him there again? What do you think?

High chance of meeting him again if you keep on visiting that bistro

There is always a chance, but it's low because you don't know where he might be. Go back to the same place at the same time if day... you might find him there. Good luck.

There is no way to estimate your chances of a new meeting, because you aren't sure where he came from.
Your best bet would be put yourself in the same area, at the same time, and look around.

Whether you do or don't meet him again, I think you should start approaching guys to build your confidence. So that the next time he or someone else like him approaches you, you'll have a better outcome
