Have you noticed that both attractive men and women giggle as a persuasive technique?

Is it a conscious strategy that they use? Like when the person they're talking to is evidently feeling shy and self-conscious due to the attractive person's attractiveness, the attractive person giggles slyly, as if they are aware that the other person is attracted to them and is therefore empathetic yet amused about it.

It makes me shy when I seem to be getting attention from a younger girl or woman, and I get really quiet. This local barber, Lisa is age 34 and the last time she cut my hair, I could feel her warm personality and I got real shy, but I got to watch because she is married with kids. Lol

For me its subconscious. He makes me giggle because i can tell he's a bit awkward about it and its cute. He does the same with me when he teases and i get flustered. Just mutual good feelings is all.
