no but many girls do do that. my friend for example does that with guys she kind of finds attractive but it doesn't mean she wants them or likes them. if she doesn't find you at least a little attractive she won't do it but she does it a lot with guys she would never be with, but just to turn them on and make them want her even if she doesn't want them. not all girls are like this, I don't do that even with guys I do like, but simply stating there are girls who will do it even if they don't necessarily find interest in the guy.
