Why would a girl ask a guy about his age?

What to do that? What is her agenda? I have experienced this 2 times now, and I don't really understand that. If they consider me as an old guy, I don't know, you could check my photo in my profile if you wish. The girls who asked me about where between 22-25 yo.

Probably because there's a discrepancy in how you look, sound and/or act. Maybe you look older than you are, but sound younger, or you act or speak as though you're older, but you look much younger. Most people at least try to guess someone's age group (for example, if someone asks you how old so-and-so is, you'll usually find that you at least have a range in mind, even if they haven't told you).

Other than that, some people are just curious.

Probably because he looks older/younger than her though in my experiences gals tend to mainly ask this to guys who look older than her.

Answer with your age.

To find out how old you are as she may not be interested in dating a guy your age.

Maybe they want to know if you're out of college, without being so blunt .Sometimes if you ask that to someone it might embarrass them if they didn't go to college, I mean you never really know .The majority of people get out of college at 22 or at max 23 .

One theory: She's interested. If a woman likes you she's not going to actually care about how old you are/look. Asking that question means she wants you to know she's interested. Don't be so paranoiac, relax, and enjoy the ride.

It could be a lot of things, I always ask people their age because I am not good at telling how all people are.

I generally ask people (guys and girls) about their age. It doesn't mean anything aside from the fact that I'm wondering how old they are.
