Some people on GAG are talking about the low calorie deficit diet. So. These four recipes that I cooked up look amazing to try out. This makes me wonder if anybody here on GAG, having this same thought in seeing this for a proposal 🤔😀

An example of a weight loss food I like to eat is a chicken snack wrap. You might have a problem with the salad dressing but you can make your own with yogurt if you think ranch is not good for the body.
You're welcome. Keep in mind to, if you're a big eater, then you can have all those foods combined. That's what I would do. Difference, fat-free and sugar-free 😊
