Why does she look deep into my eyes when I talk?

I've noticed this when I talk to this one girl I know. She would just stare into my eyes as I talk to her, barley blinking. people could be walking past me or walking behind me and her eyes will stay glued on me as I talk. What does this mean?

I think some girls just do that to everyone... I don't know. I know quite a few girls who do that to me, and I'm somewhat uncomfortable with eye contact.
