I have a beautiful girlfriend and big insecurities.
I don’t know how good I am enough for her.

She is very beautiful. Like shit she get any guy. I remember when I tried tinder I would struggle to even get matches.

I think I need to leave even though I do really like her. I shouldn’t feel like this in a relationship and it’s not her fault.
Like it makes me question her and her loyalty in my head - which is not right.

It's okay you know to work on yourself eventhough you are in a relationship. But if it makes you feel better and you think she deserves better then break up with her. But what's going on? Why do you feel like this? Do you feel inadequate in some way like money, height or status?

You need to get it in your head that your looks really don't matter. It's up to her to decide if you deserve her, you don't need to decide that for her. If she's in a relationship with you, then she's decided that you are good enough for her, so don't worry about it. Just love her and try to work on your own confidence. Don't throw a good relationship away out of fear.
