Guys, do spider veins gross you out?

I was at my friends with benefits house and while I was dozing off he was stroking me and he poked at some moles on my back and then when he got to the back of my knee he stopped and was investigating a spider vein I have. It's pretty dark and concentrated so it almost looks like a bruise from far away. Do you think it grossed him out when he noticed? He didn't say anything since I was pretty much falling asleep. But it did cross my mind because I am only 23 and it makes me really self conscious that I am already getting these veins on my legs. Thanks.
