I don't think we are being disrespectful, I just think we are starting to treat women more like men because of this equality thing... If a women were more feminine than I assume this would change. This is becoming a social problem tho...

Now you are saying "people who are mean or abusive do not deserve respect" but just a moment ago you were saying that "Every human deserves respect". You change your beliefs whenever it is convenient for you.
Some women can be a bitch and I can see why a man can be direspectful toward her. I'm respectful to women even if she's a bitch but I just don't put up with her. Hopefully you not one and if so thats the reason why.
