Guy at work offers to buy me something to drink?

I started a new job and the first 2 days I worked , this guy was there [AJ). We are both cashiers and the second day it was kinda awkward because he's cute but he looks older than me enough to wear he'd think of me as a sister [my opinion). He didn't seem like he was interested in even talking to me until there was no cashiers and we were the only 2 people around. I was working on something and out of nowhere he asked if I wanted something to drink. He was buying him a drink and a snack. I already had a water that I had brought from home by my register. I wasn't really trying to "over-analyze" it because I was thinking that maybe he's brought drinks for other people to be curtious but I don't know. What do y'all think
