Is it normal for a guy to wear just his underwear around the house even when his sister is present?

I don't have any siblings so I never experienced any of this, but the guy I'm talking to lives with his brother and they walk around in their underwear which I suppose is normal because they are both guys after all however they also walk around in their underwear when their sister is over, is that normal or is that weird? I'm just curious.

I think it's pretty normal to walk around in boxer shorts. I personally don't, but I have friends who do. They don't just hang out in their underwear, though, it's just in situations like getting out of the shower and having to go get laundry or something

I don't always walk around in my boxers but if I'm for example shaving and they call me out, I just walk out. It's not a big deal.

It's fairly normal, especially if your moving from bedroom to bathroom or if you're throwing your shirt/pants into the laundry in a hurry or something like that.
