I just added a guy on Instagram I was dating for a while. he never posted much before. he started posting A LOT after accepting my follow request and adding lots of stories that day I liked some of his new post he then deleted me.

Why does it matter? He is an ex and he deleted you as a contact. His intentions clearly do not include you and that is all you need to know. Learn a lesson from the experience and then move forward.
