Why does he text me all the time?

I had a guy coworker that ask me for my phone number a while back and we haven’t really texted unless it was work related like to switch shifts or ask if work is busy etc, but recently he started texting me. He texted me first and I was being polite and text back. Since than he and I had been texting almost everyday not just a few text, he would text me through out the day and he would also text me goodnight and good morning messages? Does it mean anything? Could it be he likes me?

Could it be you are (supposedly) 21 so why don't you TALK to him.
