Can a man be scared of a woman?

• I work at this job and a guy started working there like a year ago. We were working kinda closely at first then he got moved to another area so i barely really worked with him anymore. He was always polite and nice and normal.
• Then in his new area he made friends with this guy. I dont talk to either of them at this point.
• All a sudden like a few months ago he and his friend started a to annoy me on purpose. I guess some call it flirting. Im not the type of girl who wants to be annoyed. I took it pretty hard after a while and he seemed to get worse and was being aggressive! Im an empath so i felt what he was projecting. I don't know man it was just becoming too much. I started totally ignoring him and his friend. Totally. Then he would say that i can't ignore him forever. I assumed he meant he wouldn't stop bothering me.
• A few days later and he actually stopped and hasn't started since even when his friend has done it.

Yes a woman can be intimating to a guy if she's dangerous or aggressive.
Being a guy doesn't mean being fearless. It just means that you don't show your fears openly.

Ser the thing is he joked about beating me up randomly , this was before i began ignoring him. He was being very aggressive for no reason.

How do you know he´s fearing you by the way? Because another explaination could be that he was never really interested in you in the first place. He was just trying to play with you and because you showed resistance by showing aggression he let go of you because you didn´t seem to be submissive "enough" to play along with that.
I´m not sure anymore that he really feared you but I think he just was looking for a plaything so to say to live out some fantasies he could have had.

Ok maybe he was just bored but actually the fear thing came to mind because he seems to avoid being around when his friends talk to me, and he won't say a word to me and i had to pass him recently and he seemed to step real far.

yeah he likes u he can't convey that thats why he acts crazy around u. initially i was like that around a girl i liked too

he wants to approach u but his anxiety and worries dont let him he might be rude or try to pull of but its his defence mechanism of mind to not to fall for u and get heart broken i was kind a like that so i get him.

Oh okay... Cause he was joking about bad stuff saying 'do you need to get beat up' randomly when he was annoying me for no reason. So it was very aggressive and thats why i got so hurt and angry and began ignoring him. But you think he's sweet actually?
