Boyfriend said "Your 45 minutes are up" while on the phone with me on his vacation. Is he being rude?

My boyfriend (28m) of 7 months is on vacation. He has been there for 4 days and only called me two of those nights. Each time he calls he is walking on the beach past 10 pm. Last night he texted me saying he was going to call me within an hour. I said "Ok no rush." Then he ends up texting me that it was going to be longer than that. An hour and a half later he texts me that he is looking up houses online. I was a bit confused. I texted asking him if the call was cancelled. He didn't respond and ended up calling me 20 minutes later. He said he had drank a lot of wine and was walking on the beach. We talked for 30 minutes and out of nowhere he says "Your 45 minutes are up." I said "why 45?" He said it was just a random number. He was guessing we had talked for 45 minutes. My boyfriend has been cold in goodbyes before. We have talked on the phone before for 10 minutes and he said he was just about to take a nap so he had to go. Another time was when I was at his house and he said it was time for me to leave at noon on a weekend so he can do laundry. This recent one about my 45 minutes being up caught me off guard again. I asked him why it was up and he said it was time for him to go to bed. A minute after hanging up I saw he was online on Whatsapp. He texted me "Don't worry. Sleep well." My boyfriend has done things that caused me to speculate his degree of loyalty in a relationship before. He has checked out women in front of me, verbally commented on their assets, and asked his female coworker sexual questions. Now him saying my time on the phone was up threw me off all the more. Is he being rude or am I overanalyzing?
