I don’t know what is happening.. I think that I like him, but does he like me? Why he isn’t trying to meet me again or to clarify that issue..
What happened is that he practically raped you.
Even though you kissed him back, you did it while you were under the influence of alcohol and you were no longer in full control of your thoughts.
Actually, what he did is reprehensible in any civilized country since he obviously abused your incapacity to fully assess the situation.
He is a criminal at best and no wonder he does not speak to you because he is fully aware that he acted in a criminal way.
He does not want to meet you because he will have to justify his actions and rather than to try to blame you for what happened, he prefers to wait and see. If you forgive him or try to minimize what happened, then you agree to what happened and that does not speak in your favor at all.
Maybe you should break the ice and talk to him. For one, he could be feeling weird that he made that move while you were drunk (worried about having taking advantage). Also, he may not know what you remember, so if he mentions it and let’s say you don’t remember, he may think you’d get mad or whatever because again, it could be viewed as him taking advantage of a drunk girl. So bring the conversation to him and clearing it all up could be helpful.
