What IS toxic masculinity?
DO NOT recycle the news or some website like a baaing sheep. USE YOUR BRAIN!!!
Because when you read about it ALL it is describing are traits & characteristics that are developed through abusive households. Seriously go volunteer with children of abusive households and you'll see MANY of the "toxic masculinity" traits in them. A child who is beaten by their parents as example is going to be aggressive, fail to show emotions, etc. - characteristics attributed to "toxic masculinity".
So how can toxic masculinity not be ANYTHING except a manifestation of TOXIC humanity?
If you tell me that women do not behave like "toxic" men - particularly when women can be bitchy, nasty, petty, etc. - I'd laugh for so hard & for so long... I'd keel over & die.

Just toxic people for sure! I've seen plenty of women with all of the traits toxic masculinity is supposed to denote. With that said...
I think the distinction of gender with the behavior was there thanks to places like Twitter where saying "kill all men" got a pat on the back and the opposite got you banned. Elon has changed that platform a lot just recently, but only time is going to normalize the conversations back to being 2-way streets again. If that sort of freedom of speech catches on the rest of these web domains might follow suit...
Margaret Thatcher launching the Falklands war was toxic masculinity. A lot of the female commentators on Russian TV have toxic masculinity issues.
I don't know why Boris Johnson thought that if Putin was a girl then Russia would not have invaded Ukraine.
