I apologized for bringing up this topic, but I wanted a direct answer so I asked him if he wanted to continue and he replied "you are fine don't worry". WTH

Weird question. Just invite him to join you for some activity. If he declines, then he's not interested. If he agrees, then he is.

interesting! I thought if ur in the talking stage and you're not sure if someone is busy or if they dont want to talk- is it not okay to just ask and be mature about it
