Do guys like when they can talk to a women about anything and they listen? (Page 2)

There’s a guy at my work that told me he didn’t want me to leave because he has “nobody else to talk too” and I absolutely love and enjoy talking to him as well. We sometimes walk down the isles and have long conversations. And when we have an hour break together we talk the entire time. I was wondering if guys find that attractive or if they just see that as just a regular conversation with a friend.
