Can bad morals of a man cause cancer?

my question may sound stupid. but can can bad morals cause cancer?

my father & mother were never married long time girlfriend & boyfriend.
they broke up in 2003 or so he cheated on her a few times but who knows whats sure when you get 2nd hand info.

he was not great father only taught me about computers noting else.

some times i wounder if him not being a better person caused cancer that killed him.

I think maybe yes. There might be some indirect factors that can cause this. I think usually people of bad morals have more stress, and stress is something that can contribute to cancer.

Pretty sure the answer is no. Especially since a lot of morality is subjective.

Probably just bad luck. I don’t believe God would give a person cancer just for cheating on their partner. Not that cheating is right, but that’s a little extreme. And there’s definitely no scientific correlation.
