This guy and I are supposed to meet tomorrow but he hasn't given a time nor place. What should I do?

We spoke on the phone once. And I'm not sure if men ever forget to set a time and place for a date? He said he is eager to meet me and then only texted twice since We're supposed to meet tomorrow but I still don't know the time nor the place... Don't feel comfortable texting him to check in as surely if ye was looking forward to this he would have already confirmed the plans? What should I do? Do men forget to set date times?

Text him.

I don't know why you're uncomfortable texting him: you want to date and get to know him, you've spoken to him on the phone before... what's the big deal?

Today, or sometime tonight, send him a text saying you're excited for the date tomorrow and want to know when and where you're both meeting up. That's it.

If he's still interested, you should hear back from him shortly with the details, or at least you two can discuss where you want to go. Now if he doesn't reply back by... I'd say tomorrow morning? I'd have my doubts. I may be old school, but usually both parties should have a plan and time set up for a date at least a day or so in advance.

That's the thing, there is nothing to be excited about because I don't even know if he arranged something even though he said he did.

If a man is exciting he won't leave you hanging. Especially not a day before.

Men out their best foot forward during the first date. If this is the start I don't believe future will be any better and I will have to forever expect something... With no plans made

No, you're absolutely right! That's why I'm a bit cynical myself-
I'm trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and assume he's maybe waiting for you to reach out? But yeah...

I'd still text him and ask is the date still happening. You'd think he would have said something to you by now

So I haven't texted him.

He reached out today (the day we were supposed to meet) and wrote :sorry I've been a bit crap lately. Things are very busy. I don't think I'm in a position to date right now.

I've got a feeling there is another girl which is why he couldn't make up his mind.

Him texting on the day we supposed to meet shows lack of courtesy.

Oh well, sometimes it is just gut feeling lol
