What do I say if someone ghosts me before a date?

Okay so to give context, I was at uni and I saw a guy and I went up to him told him I think you’re cute I’d like to get to know you can I have ur insta? And he gave it to me and thanked me like 2-4 times. I go home and send a text and he was nice and chatty the first night then after like 4 days I asked if he was free on a day between 12-2 he said what do I have in mind and I said we can get coffee and chat. So he said let me check my schedule so I confirm the day before it with him. The day comes and like 10 mins before we are supposed to meet he said he forgot he had a lecture and asked if we could reschedule to this week. I said sure and then the convo shifted the next few days so like I texted him today which is a day before when we are supposed to meet. And I said hey so are we on for tomorrow.
so I have 2 scenarios of what could
happen and I’d like your opinion.
1) what do I do if he never responds?
2) what do I say it he cancels again?
