Is it fair for my boyfriend to say that I'll accuse him of r*pe when we have sex for the first time?

I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years. He's always been very eager to get physical with me, but I was hesitant as it's my first time and I want to be really ready. We were just talking casually and he brought up the topic of me comparing him to a shitty movie character for asking me if I had any side bfs or not, because he saw his friend's girlfriend of 3 years do the same. I told him that just because it happened to his friend doesn't necessarily mean I'll do the same (excuse me for defending myself 🤦‍♀️). Coming back to the argument, he went as far as saying that if I can compare him to that character, I can even accuse him of r*pe the first time we have sex. This absolutely left me speechless and I couldn't exactly get the right words out of my mouth because of how shocking it was. He then apologized to me and said that it was "just a flash thought" and he felt he needed to say it, but I'm just devastated that he would think that about me even after being with me for 2 years. I'm honestly considering breaking up at this point.
