have some time off work and since it was unexpected i'm not sure what to do this week. financial options are also kind of limited as i'm off work so don't have as much money in the bank as normal.

Why not use this time to enjoy the things YOU like doing? Sit back with a beer and enjoy some video games if you're into playing. Get outside and enjoy some nature walks / hiking / biking or running, if you're into sports and trails!
If you have friends in the area, or family you haven't seen, why not set up a coffee date or hold a small get together as a potluck, so you can visit with everyone, but each person brings a dish to share so it's less costly on you.
You could go for a drive or travel to another city and check out the tourist areas (museums, antique stores, etc) or stores that are of interest to you!
Check out a new movie on the theatre screen and enjoy a relaxing night out on your own, or with your friend :)
Also, do you NEED anything replaced? New phone case? New charger / screen protector? New mouse? etc. you can get those little items needed too.
Are you into baking / cooking? Why not try a new (inexpensive) recipe, and make yourself a new meal to dive into and test out.

is places i'd like to go , just money is a bit tight and gas expensive and not sure what i could afford to do once i got there anyways on this budget.
i still have my gym membership for month of May but was there yesterday and it wasn't really that interesting
