Surgery is an option, although a friend of my mom's who got it, she could only eat a little every meal, it is going to be like that for the rest of her life, once you have the surgery to remove the fat, you're appetite changes immensely. And, don't push yourself on working out a to once in a while, just make your workouts a routine and start adding more time or exercises every week. About your diet, don't go out to eat a lot. Don't snack a lot. When you get hungry, you may be mistaking hunger for dehydration. Hunger is just a common system of dehydration. So if you feel hungry, drink water. Drink lots of water instead of drinking soda, alcohol, etc. Try not to eat in large portions quickly. When you eat fast, you don't give your brain enough time to tell you when you're full or not, so when you eat quickly, you tend to feel normal, but after the meal your brain then tells you you're hungry, and this will seriously cause weight issues. So try eating slower. If you really are hungry, snack on nuts. A suggested diet: breakfast- oat cereal with fruits, lunch- salad (plain, i recommend arugula with tomatoes and nuts and plain lemon dressing) with grilled chicken, dinner- salmon with spinach (as a sauce to give the salmon flavor, use soy sauce but the light version without as much salt). Only drink water or milk if you really are that focused. Don't lose yourself in the diet. Becoming anorexic will change your life forever. IT IS HORRIBLE. Just stay healthy and fit but don't overdo it! Also look at the glass half full and think positive about your reflection! Good luck!

I'm on a diet as well my height is 5'1 about 109 lbs my boobs is small so I need to do this or else I will look like Winnie the pooh (tummy is bigger than boobs).

This is not just 3 days okay? It's 3 days a week, I don't know if that info is on the website that I gave you. While you are doing your 3 days diet don't eat in between meals or just follow the list of food you need to eat. I helped a friend using this diet. When he lose pounds that's when we start exercise, it's easier that way.
Your diet is what has to change, I'm lazy as hell and I lost like 120;bs.
1. Drink water.
2. Don't drink anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
3. Cook.
4. Substitute solid sugar for liquid sugar.
5. Drink a can of pop and water at the same time to get rid of the urges.
6. Just walk, don't work out.
7. Do it for yourself, not for anyone else.
