Anxiety can be eased by slowly getting used to situations that cause an episode. Whether it is by repeated visiting or taking your time when doing it or for few times having someone with you, you can get yourself more comfortable in the situation. The best bet is to seek professional help but medication is not the only answer and often isn't the best for some people so there are alternatives.

i am no professional but i guess that it depends i=on the stage you are on.. if it becomes uncontrollable and it happens very often then you absolutely need medication.. but the best person to answer this question is a doctor!:)
