Fruits but specifically berries. They are the most healthy of the fruits, save tomatoes & avacados. But berries actually tastes good so I put berries.
Nuts.
Raisins for iron.
Yogurt but pick Oikos yogurt. Get the one with fruit since the regular kind tastes like sour cream. Ugh.

Replace your Bread and grain carbs with fruit carbs, that way you still have energy, and you will lose more weight by focusing on complex carbohydrates.
It depends, are you genuinely hungry between meals, or are you just looking for something to sort of keep yourself entertained?

Light & Fit Greek yogurts. Highly recommend them, only 80 calories per container, and no fat. Get the strawberry cheese cake, SO FUCKIN GOOOOOOOD
Cut back on empty carbs. Substitute it, intake less sodium but don't cut it drastically, do so moderately.
Trail mix is always okay, but eat in moderations too much of anything isn't good.Salads :D that should work.
Green tea. An apple, orange or fruit.
Check out the vegan diet.
Carrot snacks are the best.
Oatmeal should be good
